I was over in Stockholm in July to speak for the Gay and Lesbian Humanist Association at an event organised by Swedish Humanist Association (Humanisterna) for EuroPride. I had a wonderful time with the Swedish Humanists, seeing my friend Staffan Gunnarson, who is their executive director and meeting new friends including Rolf Solheim from the Norwegian Humanist Association and Christer Sturmark and Carl-Johan Kleberg, the current and past presidents of Humanisterna. Good to see Taslima Nasrin again too who was also on the panel with me, a lesbian priest, a Swedish MP, and Sonny Van De Steene from the International Humanist and Ethical Union.
